Jennifer Mitchell focuses her law practice on helping clients protect themselves and their assets. Ms. Mitchell is a graduate of the University of Houston Law Center and holds B.B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Houston C.T. Bauer College of Business.

Ms. Mitchell has worked in the legal field for more than a decade, first as a paralegal and then as a lawyer.  She is the author of two articles published in the Journal of Texas Consumer Law, entitled What the New Changes in Bankruptcy Law Mean for Consumers (2006) and FCRA Limits Consumer Recourse Against Furnishers of Information (2004).
